Gods
Country
USA
Surrounded by
Susquehannock and Sproul State Forests, outdoor activities include hiking,
swimming, biking, and horseback riding in the summer. The fall foliage
brings spectacular views. Hunters enjoy small game, turkey, bear and deer
hunting. The winter brings a play land for snowmobiles and cross country
skiers. In the spring, the Mountain Laurel comes into full bloom
and the streams and creeks offer some of the finest trout fishing. Visitors
to the area enjoy watching for wildlife including the American Eagle and
the newly introduced Elk.
