Quiet Oaks Campground is 100 acres nestled on top of the mountains of Central Pennsylvania, with a beautiful view in all directions.  Within a mile to the east and north is the Susquehannock State Forest and to the s-outh and west is Sproul State Forest.  Outdoor summer activities like hiking, swimming, mountain bike and horse back riding are at their prime. 

        

Fall foliage is spectacular and the hunters enjoy small game, turkey, bear and deer hunting.  The cold harsh winter is a playland for the snowmobilers and cross country skiers.  As spring melts off the winter snows the fishing streams and creeks start to sing and the mountain laurel comes into full bloom. 

                          

This little piece of God's country has many places to catch a glimpse of mother nature and her animals from small to large.  Squirrel and rabbits are always at play.  American eagles, ruffed grouse, chicadees and woodpeckers fly free and are a wonderful site.  White tail deer, black bear, coyotes & elk are sure to catch you off guard.  Come spend some time with us and enjoy the peace and quiet, the marvelous vies and the spectacular outdoors.
